びインカの斜視図である。図において１はプロー
ブカード基板、２は貫通孔、３は配線パターン、
４はコネクタ、５はプローブ針、６はインク針、
７はインクつぼ、８はインカ軸を示す。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

- 配線パターンと、この配線パターンの表面から
裏面にかけて貫通した貫通穴とこの貫通穴にプロ
ーブ針を備え、前記配線パターンから前記プロー
ブ針の針先にまで電気信号を送ることが可能なプ
ローブカードにおいて、前記貫通孔内にインカ針
を前記プローブ針同様に備え、前記配線パターン
により送られた電気信号により、インクを所定の
位置に打つことのできることを特徴とするプロー
ブカード。
