    四本の固定軸２に巻装する形状記憶合金製コイル
    ３および通常のバイアスばね４、前記四本の固定
    軸２の軸頭に関着する平板状枠体５および平板状
    枠体５に固定保持する形状記憶合金製板ばねの編
    組体６等から構成される椅子に於ける背凭れの構
    造。 (2) 前記形状記憶合金製コイル３は、その形状
    変化変態温度を２０℃以下に設定したコイルであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の椅子に
    於ける背凭れの構造。 (3) 前記形状記憶合金製板ばねの編組体６は、
    その形状変化変態温度を３５℃以上に設定した編
    組体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
    の椅子に於ける背凭れの構造。
