Claims (1)
- 下型２に表皮材６を支持する中子型１を組付け
、その下型２に上型３を型締め固定した後、上型
３の注入孔３０から中子型１で支持した表皮材の
内部に発泡樹脂７を充填させて表皮材と一体の発
泡体を型内で所定形状に成形する成形型において
、上記中子型１に上型３の注入孔３０を型内に臨
ませる開口部１０を設け、この開口部１０の側面
から型内の中央側に向けて上型３の注入孔３０か
ら充填される発泡樹脂７の受け部１１を突設位置
させたことを特徴とする表皮材一体成形発泡体の
成形型。
