Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基材の表面に表皮材を真空貼着するとともに、
基材の周縁部に沿つて表皮材を巻き込み接着する
表皮材の真空ラミネート装置において、 基材をセツトする通気性を有する受け治具と、
この受け治具に付設される真空吸引手段と、真空
吸引時、基材に表皮材を圧着させる非通気性のホ
ールデイング材とからなり、上記受け治具の一部
を弾性体から構成することにより、真空吸引時、
真空度が増すたびに受け治具が収縮し、基材の周
縁部に沿つてホールデイング材をバツクホールド
させ、表皮材を密接にラミネートすることを特徴
とする表皮材の真空ラミネート装置。
