減衰係数を求め、この求めた減衰係数に制御する
ための減衰力制御信号をアクチユエータに出力す
るコントローラとを備え、 前記減衰力制御信号の１回の出力による減衰係
数の最大可変幅を前記減衰力変更手段による変更
可能な減衰係数の幅よりも少ない所定幅に制限し
