Abstract

PURPOSE:To handle a work support member as expendable supplies, through which it is made so as to be changed and modified or suchlike in an easy manner by constituting the work support member supporting a workpiece as shown by dotted line, with a corrugated plate, and attaching this corrugated plate to a work table body detachably. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of corrugated plates 17 as a work support member are installed in parallel between both side plates 9 and 11 of a work table, and each plate 17 is divided into two parts between these side plates 9 and 11, thus a corrugated plate 17a on one side is stretched across an interval between the side plate 9 and a central support beam 19, while a corrugated plate 17b on the other between this central support beam 19 and the side plate 11, respectively, and they are detachably attached thereto by respective thread clampers 21. 隔をおいて互いに平行に並設された可動の転勤部材支持
バーとを有し、前記ワーク支持部材はレーザビーム照射
によるレーザ加工時等に於てワークの支持をワークパス
ライン上にて行い、前記転勤部材支持バーは、転動部材
上にてワークを前記ワーク支持部材によるワーク支持高
さ位置より上方位置にて支持する起立位置と、前記起立
位置より横転して前記転動部材が前記ワーク支持部材に
よるワーク支持高さ位置より下方に位置する退避位置と
の間に移動し得るようになっており、ワークの載せ換え
時等に於て、前記起立位置に位置することによって転動
部材によりワークを滑動可能状態にて支持するようにな
っている。

材が高級な金属により構成されても、これにレーザビー
ムが照射されると、損傷を生じることは避けられず、ま
たワーク支持部材をワークの板厚、形状等に応じて適切
なものに変更することが実際上不可能てあまた。

されており、各々取付けは分解可能なボルトとナツトの
如き組合せよりなるねし締結具21により取外し可能に
、即ち着脱可能に取付けられている。第2図で見て左右
の波形板17a、17bは、第1図によく示されている
如く、筋違い接続板23によって互いに接続されている
。筋違い接続板23は波形板17a、17bの延在方向
に対して直交する方向に延在していることから、波形板
17a、17bの熱変形を弾性変形によって吸収し得る
ようになっている。
