Claims (1)
- 駆動源として圧電素子を用いたアクチユエータ
において、該圧電素子を包囲するケーシングを内
筒と外筒とにより構成し、該内筒と外筒の軸方向
一端部をアクチユエータハウジングに固定配置す
ると共に該内筒と外筒の軸方向他端部を一緒に移
動するように結合させ、該内筒の軸方向他端部に
より圧電素子の軸方向端部を支承して圧電素子が
伸長したときに内筒および外筒が同時に伸長する
ようにしたアクチユエータ。
