This invention is based on electroluminescence (hereinafter referred to as electroluminescence).
The present invention relates to display panels (abbreviated as EL), and particularly to thin-film EL display panels filled with a protective fluid (for example, silicone oil) to prevent moisture from entering the EL elements. Such EL display panels are used as monitor displays, keyboard displays, etc. in terminal devices of electronic computers.

is formed. The EL element has a first insulating layer on a transparent electrode, and an EL element made of ZnS doped with Mn, etc.
The structure includes a thin film layer, a second insulating layer on top of the thin film layer, and a back electrode on top of the second insulating layer. Further, a back cover 2 is adhered on top of the back cover 2, and the back cover 2 and the substrate 1 constitute an envelope.

A tip tube 6 is adhered to a part of the back lid 2, and after a protective fluid 3 such as silicone oil is injected from the injection port of the tip tube 6, the tip of the tip tube 6 is crushed and sealed. The tip of the crushed tip tube 6 is hardened with an adhesive 5, and then a glass cap 4 is placed around it and bonded.

The sealing structure of the conventional EL display panel mentioned above is
Since a chip tube is used, a considerable amount of force is required when crushing it, and the force tends to vary, making it impossible to seal the injection port reliably.
There is a problem in that the reliability of preventing element deterioration is reduced.
