濃度、炭酸ガス濃度によって、効果が見られる場合と効
果か見られない場合があるという問題点があった。さら
に、フィルム包装による簡易CA貯蔵の場合、系内の酸
素濃度および炭酸ガス濃度は、農産物の呼吸作用とフィ
ルムの気体透過度に依存するため、包装袋内のガス濃度
の制御か非常に困難であるという問題点があり、青ウメ
の場合、包装袋内の酸素濃度が0.1〜0.2%以下に
なると呼吸障害になり、褐色障害が発生する。また炭酸
ガス濃度か高すぎた場合にも果実内部がす入り状態にな
る障害が発生するという問題点があり、包装袋内を最適

を密封包装し、これに小袋タイプの炭酸ガス吸収剤とエ
チレン除去剤を同封して保存することにより、常温で簡
易CA効果とエチレン除去効果が同時に達成され、青ウ
メの鮮度保持期間が従来に比べて大幅に延長されること

らにこれらを小袋に入れた小袋タイプのエチレン除去剤
が使用できる。エチレン除去速度、使用に際しての安全
性等から好ましくは臭素を吸着させた4〜6人のミクロ
孔を有する炭素分子篩が用いられる。また、エチレン除
去剤の使用量は保存する青ウメの量に応じて任意に選択
