Claims (1)
- 内部に流体通路が形成された流路形成部材の一
側面に絞り収納部を前記流体通路と連通するよう
に形成し、円柱体とこれに同軸に設けられた焼結
金属製リングとからなる絞り部材を前記絞り収納
部内で流体通路の中間に、前記焼結金属製リング
の圧入によつて配設し、前記絞り収納部の内周面
と前記円柱体との隙間および前記焼結金属製リン
グを絞り部としたことを特徴とする固定絞り。
