    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 台板の一端に設けた支柱に回動自在にアームを
    取り付け、上記アームの先端に針又はワイヤを掴
    むチヤツクと該チヤツクを移動させるマイクロメ
    ータヘツドよりなる把持送り部を固定し、上記把
    持送り部下方の台板に針又はワイヤを研磨、研削
    するインバーターモーターと研削板よりなる回転
    研削部を設け、更に台板の他端に、研削した針又
    はワイヤの断面形状を写し出す投影機を設けてな
    ることを特徴とする針断面形状観察装置。
