Claims (1)

取付部材とから成る振動検出器において、前記取
付部材は被測定振動体の一部の振動方向に平行な
平面に前記加速度検出素子の検出方向に平行に取
り付けるようにした振動検出器において、第1の
前記加速度検出素子の検出方向とは直角方向の検
出方向を有するように第2の加速度検出素子を設
けたことを特徴とする振動検出器。 (2) 前記第1及び第2の加速度検出素子の検出

果から前記被測定振動体の振巾を測定するように
したことを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載の振動検

度検出素子の検出方向又は前記第2の加速度検出
素子の検出方向に対する振動角を求めるようにし

方向が水平となるように前記取付部材を被測定振
動体に取り付けるようにした請求項(3)に記載の
