。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention provides a method for repairing, for example, a curved version for tunnel lining by assembling the inner wall of an existing tunnel having an arcuate cross section. This relates to a method for accurately positioning and installing the tunnel foundation.

There is a conventional method of pouring concrete into the formwork after it is assembled. However, this method has the disadvantage that it takes a long time from installing the reinforcing bars and formwork to curing the concrete, which lengthens the repair period and delays the reuse of the tunnel.

The tunnel is placed along the length of the tunnel at a predetermined gap for injection, and this lowermost curved version becomes the base of the curved version connected to the upper part.
Since the posture of the lining with respect to the tunnel is determined by the entire curved slab, the positioning of the lining (in particular, placing it along the length of the tunnel at a certain distance from the tunnel inner wall) requires high precision. is required. Therefore, it is necessary to take some kind of positioning means to the foundation of the existing tunnel, or it is difficult to install it easily and quickly on the curved tunnel foundation because it is an existing tunnel. The current situation is what is desired.

When lining the inner wall, the method of installing the curved plate on the tunnel foundation includes driving a large number of anchor bolts at intervals in the length direction of the tunnel at positions close to the inner wall of the tunnel foundation. Next, these anchor bolts are surrounded by a frame plate placed on the tunnel foundation, and a box-shaped formwork is set in the frame plate so as to fit into the inner edge of the frame plate. By covering the anchor bolts and then injecting and solidifying a filling and solidifying material such as mortar into the formwork and embedding the anchor bolts, the formwork and the filling and solidifying material, or by removing the formwork and only the filling and solidifying material. to form a kite protrusion along the length of the tunnel, and then position the curved plate relative to the tunnel base by fitting a guide recess formed in the grounding end surface of the curved plate to the tunnel base into the guide protrusion. It is characterized by the fact that

In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the mortar 7 is at the level up to the middle of the lower curved version 5 shown in the first stage A, and between the upper curved version 4 and the lower curved version 5 shown in the second stage 2B. Injection and solidification are repeated in this order: to the level just below the joint, in the third stage, to the level immediately above the joint, and in the fourth stage to the top. Furthermore, the mortar 7 injected inside the joint between the upper curved version 4 and the lower curved version 5 (between B level and C level)
In order to increase the mutual connection strength between the upper curved version 4 and the lower curved version 5, non-shrinkage mortar having a higher specific gravity than normal mortar is used.

The material 3 is brought closer to the inner wall 3a, and the guide recess 12 formed in the grounding end surface 13 is fitted into the guide protrusion 9. The position of the guide protrusion 9 with respect to the base 1a is set in advance so that the gap 6 between the inner wall 3a and the lower curved version 5 is a predetermined distance when the kite recess 12 is fitted. The lower curved plates 5 are arranged on the left and right sides of the base 1a, or one of the lower curved plates 5 on either the left or right is installed aligned with the end of the inner wall 3a, and the other lower curved plate 5 is placed along the width thereof. It can be done easily and in a short time. By achieving high precision positioning in this way, the upper curved plate 4 connected to the upper part can be reliably located, and the lining of the tunnel l formed by connecting a large number of both curved plates 4 and 5 can be achieved. The bodies are arranged closely along the length of the tunnel l. In addition, the distance between both curved plates 4.5 and the inner wall 3a of the lining material 3 (gap 6) is also constant, so that the pressure of mortar 7 injected into the gap 6 and applied to both curved plates 4.5 is uniform in the length direction of the tunnel 1.

This can be done in a short amount of time, thereby further shortening the construction period required for lining. In addition, since the curved slab can be positioned with high precision, the posture of the lining body relative to the tunnel can be determined by the entire curved slab. The effect is that it becomes extremely good.

By embedding the anchor bolts, guide protrusions along the length of the tunnel are formed using the formwork and the filling and solidifying material, or by removing the formwork and using only the filling and solidifying material, and then the tunnel base of the curved version is formed. A method for installing a curved slab for tunnel lining on a tunnel foundation of an existing tunnel, characterized in that the curved slab is positioned with respect to the tunnel foundation by fitting a guide recess formed in a grounding end surface to the guide protrusion.
