と、 前記ストツパ本体の前記フレームの上面との対
向面に貼着した弾性部材とからなり、 前記クランプレバーの回動によつて該クランプ
レバーと前記ストツパ本体で前記弾性部材を圧縮
して前記フレームを挾圧し、該フレームに前記ス
トツパ本体をクランプするようにしたことを特徴
