Claims (1)
- 炉体内の線材通路を含み形成された熱風の循環
路と、この循環路内に配置され前記通路を走行す
る線材表面に塗布された絶縁塗料から蒸発した溶
剤蒸気を加熱するバーナと、このバーナにより加
熱された溶剤蒸気を燃焼させるための触媒と、こ
の触媒との接触により生成した燃焼ガスを前記循
環路に循環させるためのブロアとを備えた焼付炉
において、前記循環路の所定箇所にダンパを配置
するとともに、前記ダンパの両側にダンパおよび
フイルタを介してそれぞれ接続されたバイパスを
設けたことを特徴とする熱風循環式エナメル線焼
付炉。
