Claims (1)
- 高真空状態の真空ダクト内から外部にＳＯＲ光
を取り出すＳＯＲ光取出窓において、真空ダクト
の先端部にフランジを設け、このフランジに真空
遮断を行ないかつＳＯＲ光を透過させるベリリウ
ム薄膜を取付けるとともに、このベリリウム薄膜
の真空ダクト外側表面に酸化防止用の保護膜を設
けたことを特徴とするＳＯＲ光取出窓の構造。
