    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 画像情報を符号化する際の動きを補償する装置
    であつて、前画面の画像情報を格納する前フレー
    ムメモリと、現画面の画像情報を格納する現フレ
    ームメモリと、前記現フレームメモリ又は前フレ
    ームメモリのいずれか一方を所定大きさのブロツ
    クに分割してその１つをアドレス指定して読み出
    す小ブロツクアドレス設定装置と、前記小ブロツ
    クアドレス設定装置で設定したアドレスに対する
    平行移動及び回転移動に対応したアドレス変換に
    より前記前フレームメモリ又は現フレームメモリ
    の他方をアドレス指定して読み出すアドレス変換
    装置と、前記前フレームメモリと現フレームメモ
    リとの画像情報からそれらの近似の度合いを比較
    する近似比較装置と、近似の度合いを設定するし
    きい値設定装置と、近似比較による結果を量子化
    する量子化装置とからなることを特徴とする画像
    情報動き補償装置。
