がレデイ状態のとき通信バスもレデイ状態である
と判定することにより、各通信バス毎に状態判定
を行い、いずれかの通信バスのみがレデイ状態に
あるときは、そのレデイ状態の通信バスを使用す
るように前記切換えスイツチSW1を切換え、双
方の通信バスが共にレデイ状態で無い場合には、
