Abstract

PURPOSE:To compensate a temperature to transient temperature fluctuation by sealing an entire circuit into a low-heat resistant material. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detector 1 fitted on a printed circuit board 4, temperature compensating voltage generation part 2 and voltage controlled oscillator 3 are sealed in a low-heat resistant material 5. Therefore, no air is circulated between the temperature detector 1 and the voltage controlled oscillator 3 and temperature difference can be always suppressed lower than 1 deg.C as well. Thus, since the main body of the oscillator is sealed in the low-heat resistant material 5, the temperature can be compensated even when a transient temperature fluctuating element is present out of the temperature compensation oscillator.

In the conventional temperature-compensated oscillator described above, the temperature detector], the temperature-compensated voltage generator 2, and the voltage-controlled oscillator 3 are separated both mechanically and thermally. There was a problem in that the difference in thermal time constant between the two temperatures made it difficult to compensate for excessive temperature fluctuations.

A temperature detector 1 mounted on a printed circuit board 4, a temperature compensation voltage generator 2, and a voltage controlled oscillator 3 are enclosed in a low thermal resistance material 5. Therefore, there is no air convection between the temperature detector 1 and the voltage controlled oscillator 3, and the temperature difference can always be kept below 1°C, so even if there is an excessive temperature fluctuation element outside the temperature compensated oscillator. Temperature compensation is possible.
