A converter converts it into a satellite intermediate frequency signal and sends it to indoor equipment via a transmission line. Indoors, the receiver
A desired station is selected from among the satellite intermediate frequency signals and received by a television receiver. Also, from the indoor receiver, a controller is used to control the switching selection of the polarization switcher described above.

Let's add it from the receiver to the transmission line. The polarization switch receives the voltage and selects, for example, a vertically polarized signal when a low voltage is applied, and selects, for example, a horizontally polarized signal when a high voltage is applied.

Moreover, if the heat is not radiated, the electrical characteristics such as the noise figure will deteriorate, so there is a problem that heat must be radiated even if the shape is enlarged.

Moreover, even if such a simple configuration is possible, it is an object of the present invention to provide a satellite reception system that does not consume unnecessary power and can prevent heat generation.

This passes through the receiver's power isolation filter and is applied to the outdoor unit via the transmission line. In the outdoor unit, this direct current passes through a power separation filter and is applied to the bridge circuit and polarization switching section. In the bridge circuit, a voltage of a constant value with a constant polarity is taken out from this direct current and supplied to each part within the unit as a power supply voltage. In addition, in the polarization switching section, switching is performed according to the polarity of the direct current, so only the vertically polarized signal of the signals from the satellite is sent to the subsequent stage, passes through the transmission line from the power separation filter, and is received. sent to the machine. This signal from the transmission line passes through a power isolation filter at the receiver and is sent to the tuner circuit.

When this DC is received, at the outdoor unit, a constant polarity voltage is obtained in the bridge circuit in the same way as in the case of vertical polarization described above, and in the polarization switching section, a voltage with a constant polarity is obtained from the satellite, which is different from the case of vertical polarization described above. The horizontally polarized signal will be sent to the subsequent stage.

Therefore, in the outdoor unit, there is no need to lower the voltage value unnecessarily in both vertically polarized wave reception and horizontal polarized wave reception, and power can be supplied efficiently.

The horizontally polarized signal induced by the second probe 26 is not sent to the subsequent stage because the high frequency amplifier circuit 28 is inactive.
The vertically polarized signal induced by the first globe 25 is amplified by a high frequency amplification circuit 27, passes through a mixing circuit 29, a high frequency amplification circuit 32, and is added to a mixer 33. These signals are converted into intermediate frequency signals in the 1 to 2 GHz band by the mixer 33 using local oscillation signals from the local oscillation circuit 34.
After being amplified by the intermediate frequency amplification circuit 35, the signal passes through the power separation filter 39 and the coaxial cable 9 and reaches the receiver 1o. In the receiver 10, these signals pass through a power supply separation filter 55, and a cheese circuit 55 selects only the signal of the designated channel (channel selection switch 11), and outputs it from the high frequency output terminal 51 to the television receiver.
