Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a power cable connection part in which a reinforcing insulating layer is provided on the outer periphery of the leading insulating layer at the end, a high dielectric constant layer is provided between the leading insulating layer and the reinforcing insulating layer.
