１は同期信号、２はクロツク、３は奇数逓倍回
路、４はスイツチング素子、５は直流電源、６は
変換回路、７は変成器、８はカウントアツプ／ダ
ウンの切換可能な分周回路、９は駆動信号発生回
路、１０は８のカウントアツプ／ダウン切換信号
発生回路。尚、図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部
分を示す。
