む回路パターンと、裏面の少なくとも前記マイク
ロストリツプ線路に対向する領域に形成されたア
ースパターンとを有する誘電体基板を、前記基板
を表面側及び裏面側から囲む１対の第１及び第２
のシールドケースに収納した発振装置において、 前記回路パターンの一部が前記基板裏面に形成
されており、前記第２のシールドケースが、前記
回路パターンの一部の厚み以上の高さを有しかつ
前記アームパターンに当接する複数の基板支持用
突起を有していることを特徴とする発振装置。
