算回路と、 前記第1の低域通過フイルタからの低音域成分
を入力し前記制御電圧に応じて増幅する電圧制御
増幅器と、 前記電圧制御増幅器からの出力と前記音声信号
とを加算する加算回路とを備えたことを特徴とす
