両用可動ステツプ装置におて、前記平行リンクの
シヤシフレーム側枢軸周りに配設され一端が前記
シヤシフレームに且つ他端が前記平行リンクに支
持されると共に前記平行リンクを前記ステツプが
格納位置となる方向に常時付勢するスプリングを
