Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 設定された枚数の用紙上に順次画像を形成して
送り出す画像形成部と、該画像形成部から送り出
され排出された用紙を上下方向に適宜の間隔をお
いて設けられる複数個のソートビン上に選択的に
導くソータとを有する画像形成装置において、 設定された各ビンに対する排出枚数を検出する
枚数検出手段と、 上記ソータに向かつて搬送される用紙のサイズ
を検出するサイズ検知手段と、 該サイズ検知手段の検知信号を受信して用紙サ
イズ毎に基準用紙サイズに対する比較値でもつて
カウントし、且つ上記画像形成部で設定された枚
数を上記枚数検出手段からの検知信号でカウント
する制御部と、を配設し、 該制御部が用紙サイズによりソートビンへの積
載量がソートビンの収容可能な重量に相当する基
準用における用紙収容許容枚数より多いか否かを
判別する判別手段を具備し、用紙サイズによりソ
ートビンへの積載量を変えるように構成したこと
を特徴とする画像形成装置。
