- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源と負荷との間に介在するトランジスタと、
該トランジスタを制御して、電源からトランジス
タを介して負荷へ与えられる電圧を所定値にする
制御部とを具備するレギユレータ回路において、 前記電源とトランジスタとの間に設けられた抵
抗と、 電源電圧と所定の基準電圧とを比較して、比較
結果に対応する比較信号を出力する比較部と、 前記比較信号によつて制御され、電源電圧の方
が高ければ前記抵抗を介して電源電圧を前記トラ
ンジスタに供給し、また電源電圧の方が低ければ
前記抵抗を介さずに電源電圧を前記トランジスタ
に供給するスイツチング手段とを備えたことを特
徴とするレギユレータ回路。
