には、前記頭部の外径よりも小径状で弾性を有す
る部材からなるワツシヤが設けられ、前記頭部の
外周部に位置した前記外側部材に相対抗する係止
面と、前記ワツシヤの外周面とが環状の段部を形
成し、前記キヤツプの外周縁から前記キヤツプの
内部へ指向する環状係合片が前記段部に係合され
