- 表示パターンを形成する陽極セグメントに対応
させた形状にくり抜き穴を設けたフレームグリツ
ドを備えた蛍光表示管において、前記くり抜き穴
の部分にハーフエツチングによるメツシユが設け
られていることを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
