Claims (1)
- コア部材の周囲に、微細な導電性物質を多孔質
四弗化エチレンの気孔内に分散させて、漏液を吸
収したときに電気抵抗の変化を生ぜしめる感知部
として用いる導電性物質含有多孔質四弗化エチレ
ンを配設し、漏液発生の有無を検知するようにし
た漏液センサにおいて、該導電性物質含有多孔質
四弗化エチレンを薄いテープ状に形成し、該コア
部材の周囲に巻回して筒状感知部を設けたことを
特徴とする漏液センサ。
