Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被加工物の外周面に形成された凹凸形状に対応
する凹凸が設けられた成形面を有して、軸心まわ
りの回転自在に保持された前記被加工物の外周面
に食付き部側から噛み合わされ、該成形面と外周
面とを押圧しつつ該被加工物を相対的に転動させ
て仕上げ加工を行う仕上げ加工用の転造ダイスで
あつて、 前記食付き部の前部に、前記凹凸形状に対応す
る凹凸が該食付き部の凹凸に連続して設けられて
いるとともに、弾性変形可能な弾性材料にて構成
された位相合せ部が一体的に固設されていること
を特徴とする仕上げ加工用転造ダイス。
