振動される水平鋳型内に、前記溶鋼を左右に振分
けて通過させる間に凝固し、前記水平鋳型両端か
ら鋳片を引抜いて連続鋳造する水平連続鋳造装置
において、この装置の前記水平鋳型に、前記溶鋼
を供給するフイードリングを取付ける一方、この
フイードリングの下部を、前記水平鋳型内に前記
溶鋼に浸漬するよう突出させて、浸漬部を形成し
、更に、この浸漬部には、鋳片引抜き方向と直交
するよう、前記溶鋼を吐出する溶鋼吐出口を設け
て成ることを特徴とする水平連続鋳造装置におけ
るフイードリング。 (2) 前記フイードリングにおいて前記水平鋳型
への取付部の外径を前記浸漬部の外径より少なく
とも前記水平鋳型ストローク量の2倍以上大きく
することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水平連続鋳
