２はケース、１３は第１の端子、１４，１５は第
１、第２の電流制限用ＰＴＣ素子、１６，１７は
第４、第５の端子、１８，１９は第１、第２のヒ
ーター用ＰＴＣ素子、２０，２１は第２、第３の
端子を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁性材料よりなるケースと、 前記ケース内からケース外へ引出された第１の
端子と、 ケース内において前記第１の端子を挟持するよ
うに配置された第１、第２の電流制限用正特性サ
ーミスタ素子と、 第１、第２の電流制限用正特性サーミスタ素子
を両側から挟むように配置された第１、第２のヒ
ーター用正特性サーミスタ素子と、 前記第１、第２のヒーター用正特性サーミスタ
素子の外側主面の電極に電気的に接続されており
、かつ前記ケース外に引出された第２、第３の端
子と、 前記第１、第２の電流制限用正特性サーミスタ
素子と、第１、第２のヒーター用正特性サーミス
タ素子との間に電気的に接続されており、かつケ
ース外へ引出しされた第４、第５の端子とを備え
ることを特徴とする、正特性サーミスタ装置。
