- 環状のダイアフラム１と、このダイアフラム１
の一側に配置されたアツパーケース２と、前記ダ
イアフラム１の他側に配置されたロアーケース３
とからなり、前記ダイアフラム１の外周縁部およ
び内周縁部はそれぞれ前記アツパーケース２とロ
アーケース３とのカシメ部で挟持されているダイ
アフラムアクチユエータにおいて、前記アツパー
ケース２とロアーケース３との前記カシメ部に弾
性部材８を介在したことを特徴とするダイアフラ
ムアクチユエータ。
