ぼ同じ長さの絶縁材で形成された絶縁保持体が脱
落することなく開放部側から出入自在に装着され
ており、該絶縁保持体には保持部と導入部とを備
え、導入部側は常態では保持部を中心に断面形状
ほぼＶ字状に形成してあり、導入部は絶縁保持体
を防具本体に収容したときに閉鎖され、開放部か
ら引き出されたときに拡開して保持部への電線の
導入が可能となり、絶縁保持体と防具本体との間
には遮蔽部材が配設されていると共に、絶縁保持
体収容時に所要の隙間が設けられるようにスペー
サが設けてあり、前記遮蔽部材には防具本体を水
密に貫通して接地線がつながれており、防具本体
の両端部には防水補助具が取付けられ、更に防具
本体上部には絶縁材で形成された雨傘体が設けら
