面図である。 符号２ａ，２ｂ，２ｃはケーブル、３は導体、
５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃはゴムストレスコーン、６はゴ
ム絶縁部、７は半導電層部、８，９は凹部、１１
は半導電性テープ、１４は接続用端子、１５ａ，
１５ｂ，１５ｃはリード線である。
