    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. インバータが出力する交流電力と、商用電源か
    らの交流電力との切換えを無停電で行うべく、半
    導体スイツチ素子の逆並列接続で構成している半
    導体交流スイツチにおいて、前記半導体交流スイ
    ツチに直列にリアクトルを接続し、この直列回路
    にバイパススイツチを並列接続することを特徴と
    する半導体交流スイツチの保護回路。
