た結果を示す図表である。
図中、11はシリンダライナ、12はピストン
、13は溝、14はトツプリング、15はセカン
ドリング、16はオイルリング、18はサイドレ
ール、19は硬質粒子が埋設された層、20は窒
化処理層、21はCr,Cx,Nyからなる硬質
被膜層である。
