Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having a sharp melting point and excellent melt extrudability and being useful as a heat fuse of a heating element by mixing a mixture comprising PP and polyamide 12 in an arbitrary ratio with a modified polyolefin in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. mixture comprising PP and polyamide 12 in any arbitrary ratio is mixed with 2-50 pts.wt. modified polyolefin (e.g. Bondyne AX 8390, a product of Sumitomo Chemical Co.).

In addition, the modified polyolefin used as a compatibilizing agent is obtained by copolymerizing or graft-polymerizing polar groups such as carboxyl groups with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, or by hydrolyzing ethyleneno-hinyl acetate copolymerized resin and performing multi-component copolymerization. Something is used.

In the present invention, the amount of the compatibilizing agent is limited to 2 to 50 parts by weight because if it is less than 2 parts by weight, PP and PA12 are not compatible, and if it is more than 50 parts by weight, the processability will be poor.
