Description

[産業上の利用分野]
本発明は溶接用ワイヤ収納容器(通称ペイルバ
ツク)中の溶接用ワイヤを内引出し方法によつて
取出す場合、該溶接用ワイヤを円滑に引出す為の
溶接用ワイヤ収納機構に関し、特に収納先端ワイ
ヤ(巻始め先端部であつて引出し時の最後端)を
円滑に取出すための溶接用ワイヤ収納機構に関す

である。ペイルパツク2内には線輪状に巻回され
た溶接用ワイヤ3が積層して収納され、ワイヤの
引出端3aは該溶接用ワイヤ3の上部側から取出
し、下部に存在する収納先端ワイヤ3cは図の如
く巻装ワイヤ外周面に沿う様にペイルパツク上方
に導き、最先端3bをペイルパツク上方内面の保
持具4(例えば粘着テープ)に保持せしめる。即
ち収納最先端3bは押え板1の透孔6から押え板
1下面を通つて、ペイルパツク内壁面と巻装溶接
用ワイヤ3外周面との間隙7を通し、巻始め先端
部3cを形成し、ペイルパツク2の底面に位置す
る溶接用ワイヤへ連続する。巻装ワイヤ3の上面
にはワイヤのはね上りを防止するための押え板1
が配設され、該押え板1の周縁4箇所には貫通孔
9が設けられる。そしてペイルパツク上部の紐固
定具10aから下部の紐固定具10bに至る長さ
の紐8が配設され、該紐8の中間部は前記押え板
1の貫通孔9を通して上下方向に掛け渡され、溶
接用ワイヤが押え板11を乗り越えて移動するの
を防止する。尚押え板1は溶接用ワイヤの消費に
つれて徐々に降下するのにつれて、紐8は貫通孔
9を上下に摺動するので紐8が押え板1の下降を

[発明が解決しようとする課題]

下し巻装ワイヤ3上面を常時押え付けつつワイヤ
のはね上りを防止し続ける。ところがペイルパツ
ク2内壁と巻装ワイヤ3外周面との間〓7に配設
された巻始め先端部3cには押え板1の押圧力が
及ばず、第3図bに示す如く押え板1上方へはね
上つてしまう。さらにワイヤの引出しが進行して
最後の巻き周回のみを残すに至つたとき、先端部
3cのはね上りはもつとも激しくなり、第3図c
に示す様な状態となる。すなわち押え板1の周縁
には紐8が数箇所配設されているので、該ワイヤ
巻始め先端部3cが押え板1の中央部を乗り越え
て押え板1と絡まつてしまうということはない
が、ワイヤ巻始め先端部3cが引出し始められる
時点で最終の巻き周囲に与えられていたワイヤ軸
心回り方向の捩れがワイヤ巻始め先端部3cへ作
用され、3c″に示す様にねじれた線輪を形成して
しまう。該線輪3c″が形成されると、ワイヤの引
出しにつれて該線輪3c″が徐々に絞り込まれ、ワ
イヤは引出し口でキンクしてしまうことになる。
その結果ワイヤ送給が不可能になつたり、或はワ
イヤが切断されるといつた不都合を引き起こすこ

も、押え板とペイルパツク底面に挟んだ状態でワ
イヤの引出しを行なうことができ、またワイヤ巻
始め端を押え板透孔から上方へ円滑に逃すことも
可能となる。この結果ワイヤ先端部の逃げが確保
される様になり、ワイヤ先端部はキンクを起こす

押え板1の外周縁に達した紐8はペイルパツク2
内壁と巻装ワイヤ3外周面との間隙7を通つてペ
イルパツク底部に設けられた紐固定具10bに掛

は、紐8a,8bによつて規制されており、引出
端3aが引出されるにつれてワイヤ巻始め先端部
3cは次々と押え板1の下部に引込まれることに
なる。引出端3aが更に取り出された状態を第4
図bに示す。引出端3aが巻き収納された方向と
逆方向(矢印A方向)にほどかれるとき、引出端
3aと押え板1の透孔6との摩擦力により押え板
1も矢印A方向へ回転する力を受けるが、押え板
1と重錘11とは固定されていないので押え板1
は水平方向へ自由に回転はできる。このためワイ
ヤの最終巻きは押え板1によつて確実に保持され
つつ引出される。且つ押え板1と紐8は固定され
ていないので、押え板は回転しても紐8は水平方
向に引きずられることなく、複数の紐8は一定間
隔を維持し続ける。このため巻始め先端部3cは
その長さを過大に増長することなく、押え板の下
部へ徐々に引込まれ円滑に取り出される。従つて
最終線輪の捩れの影響を受けて巻始め先端部3c
にキンク等を生じることはなくなつた。又巻装ワ
イヤ3が多量に残つている引出し途中においても
押え板1下面と巻装ワイヤ3上面との間で同様の
はね上り防止作用が発揮され、ワイヤ同士のもつ
