られる筒状フレーム本体内の下部には超微粒子ろ
過材層を配装するとともに、上部にはフアン組込
み部を形成せしめ、前記フアン組込み部にフアン
を組込んでなることを特徴とするクリーンルーム
等用フアンフイルタユニツト。
