ト<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a method for removing core members and anchors of an amplifier 1-dendon. <Conventional technology> Anchor removal method is a method developed to remove unnecessary tensile material of anchors after the purpose of anchor construction has been achieved and to prevent them from becoming underground obstacles. be. This anchor removal method has traditionally been performed using mechanical, mechanical,
Various methods, including chemical, have been developed. <Problems to be solved by the present invention> The conventional 7" anchor removal method has the following problems. The mechanism for removal is deformed, and the removal recovery rate is 1 'and 2 decreases. <She mouth>No'curdong Dendon assembled on the ground with PCF14 rods, etc., has a high rigidity, fret 4. Because of the lack of flexibility, it is often difficult to insert anchor holes. 〈C〉Furthermore, the process of assembling the anchor donton is complicated.
Quality control requires a lot of effort and time. <Objective of the present invention> The present invention has been made to solve the problems as described in (G) and (4) below. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for "removal of members and anchors". 〈Towards the first stage of solving the problem A- That is, the present invention is to solve the problem A-
A groove 4 is formed in the core member placed at the axial center of the Nandon, and a groove 4 is formed in the axial direction of the outer circumferential surface to take the tensile material group. an outer hose having a through-hole in the axial direction, the outer shape of which easily deforms when an external force is applied; Feature 4: The outer shape is deformed and the inner hose becomes more difficult to handle. ″
C, T, F. Core member 7' Audience of Curtaindon. The above is the anchor removal T method using the awn member,
After fixing the anchor donton made by attaching a tensile material group to the outer peripheral surface of the core member in the ground, first, the inner port is pulled out from the through hole of the outer hose, and the outer shape of the outer port is changed by external force. It is characterized by making it in a state where it can be easily imprisoned, and then pulling out and removing the tensile material group,
Removal of amplifiers 1-7: ], is the law. <Description of the present invention> The present invention will be described in detail below. <A> Structure of the core member of the anchor donton The core member of the anchor donton of the present invention consists of an outer hose and an inner hose 2, as shown in the figure. As shown in FIG. 4, the outer hose 1 has a plurality of grooves 11 (15) and a through hole 12 in the axial direction. This outer port 1 is made of a material such as synthetic resin or rubber,
The structure is such that the outer shape easily deforms when external force is applied. In addition, the outer port 1 has no seams along its entire length to improve waterproofness and quality control.
can be done. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner hose 2 has a structure in which a spring 21, such as a steel wire, is built into a hose 7 made of a material such as synthetic resin or rubber. Therefore, although the inner hose 2 expands and contracts in the axial direction, since the spring 21 is built in, the inner hose 2 has a structure in which the outer shape is not easily deformed by external force. Now, connect this inner hose 2 to the outer hose 1 through the hole 1L1.
2, in a tight state and removable. Cut the core member described above into a predetermined length (approximately equal to the total length of the anchor donn), attach 3 groups of tension material to the mounting groove 1 of the outer port, and attach 4 cable ties. Attach by. In addition, in Figs. 1 to 3, the free length of each tension member 3 is covered with a sheath 3 and an unbonded type is used, but the entire circumference of the free length of the group of tension members 3 is covered with a sheath 3]. It may also be covered with a sheath tube. A bi-Dut cap 5 is attached to the tip of the outer hose 1 to prevent grout from entering and to ensure ease of insertion into the anchor hole. <C> Establishment of Anchor Don (Figure 6) First, a hole is drilled to a predetermined depth in the ground using a boring machine, etc.
Separate the machine and leave the casing in the ground. Next, insert the anchor/7-don configured as 1-, iie, [. Then, after the grout 6 has been cured and hardened, pull the grout 3 using a hydraulic shovel and a wedge to the specified brush stroke.

Therefore, it becomes established. Since the installed spring 21 has a built-in spring 21 and the inner port 2 is located at the center of the shaft, it can sufficiently withstand underground water pressure and grout injection pressure. . In addition, since the outer hose 1 and the inner hose 2 are made of flexible materials such as synthetic resin or rubber, and the entire anchor donton is cylindrical, there is an advantage that the insertion work of the anchor donton can be done easily. Yes"4. Removal of the inner hose (Fig. 7) After the purpose of construction of the hose has been achieved and it is no longer necessary,
The prestress of the tensile material 3 is released. Next, using a manual winding winch or the like, gradually wind up the inner hose 2 from the ground + side end, and
Pull out the entire inner hose 2 from inside. At this time, when the inner hose 2 is pulled with a winch or the like, it expands in the axial direction and its outer diameter becomes smaller, so a gap is created between it and the inner surface of the outer hose 1, so that it can be easily pulled out by 5 degrees. can. (Fig. 8.9) When the inner hose 2 is pulled out, the outer pose is easily changed (the outer shape of the outer hose becomes deformed. 8) Therefore, the tension member 3 loses its binding force from the inside. Therefore, if the tension member 3 is pulled from the ground in this state with oil or jack, etc., the tension member 3 will move from the outer circumferential groove 6 in the axial direction to It will peel off. Therefore, the peeled tensile material 3 can be rolled up and easily removed.
Since it is not strong, it can be left underground as is, but if you wish to recover it, you can easily remove it by winding it up from the ground with a winch or the like. In this case, since the outer diameter of the outer port 1 is also contracted by pulling it, it can be peeled off in a timely manner. In addition, the surface of the outer port 1 made of synthetic resin etc.
Since adhesion to the first duct 6 cannot be expected, it can be easily removed for this reason as well. <Effects of the present invention> Since the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be expected. (a) Since the anchor donton of the present invention has an inner port with a built-in spring located at the axial center, it can sufficiently withstand underground water pressure and grout injection pressure. Therefore, the removal mechanism is not deformed as in the conventional case, and the removal and recovery rate is increased, and the purpose of an anchor, which is solid fixation, is achieved. Since the entire anchor donton is flexible, the work of inserting the anchor donton can be done easily. It is also convenient because it can be assembled away from the site and then transported by regular truck. <C> The assembly and construction work of Anchor Don is very easy and does not require any skilled workers. Such a simple structure and procedure significantly reduces labor, machine, and management costs, making it extremely economical. (2) The outer hose has no seams along its entire length, which improves waterproofness and quality control.
