Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波発振器１５の前面に於て、ワーク３に向
    けてスプレーされる洗浄液２に対して超音波を放
    射することにより、洗浄液２中に伝搬する超音波
    によつてキヤビテーシヨンを発生させ、その作用
    を利用すると共に、スプレー効果を利用してワー
    ク３の洗浄、バリ取りを行うスプレー式超音波洗
    浄、バリ取り装置１であつて、上記洗浄液２はあ
    らかじめ脱気手段５によつて脱気されているスプ
    レー式超音波洗浄、バリ取り装置１に於て、 上記脱気手段５はケーシング６とケーシング６
    内に納められた複数の中空糸状の気体分離膜より
    成る気体分離要素７より成り、ケーシング６の一
    次側８から入つた洗浄液２を上記気体分離要素７
    を構成する気体分離膜の中空部分１０へ通し、ケ
    ーシング６の二次側９から吐出する過程で上記ケ
    ーシング６に連なる真空ポンプ１１によつて吸気
    することにより気体分離要素７を構成する気体分
    離膜の中空部分１０を通る洗浄液２の含有気体を
    真空除去し、よつて洗浄液２の脱気を行うもので
    あり、しかも上記洗浄液２のスプレー時の流量Ｑ
    が５ｌ／ｍｉｎ以上であることを特徴とするスプ
    レー式超音波洗浄、バリ取り装置。
