この濃縮液管路中に、前記第1シリンダ機構にお
ける一方のシリンダ室を前記濃縮液出口に連通す
ると共に前記第2シリンダ機構における一方のシ
リンダ室を濃縮液排出管路に連通する第1切換状
態と、前記第1シリンダ機構における一方のシリ
ンダ室を濃縮液排出管路に連通すると共に前記第
2シリンダ機構における一方のシリンダ室を前記
濃縮液出口に連通する第2切換状態とに交互に切
