Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient light shield performance and slipperiness and to maintain the characteristics of a plastic film by composing the light shield member of a light shield film formed on the screen of a base material and by incorporating carbon black and a lubricant in thermosetting resin or room- temperature setting resin for the light shield film. CONSTITUTION:The screen of a base material film is coated with base resin formed by mixing the lubricant and carbon block together and light shield films is provided on both surfaces of the base material to form triple structure. The carbon black in the light shield films allows the light shield films to cut off light and makes the films conductive to prevent the light shield member from being changed electrostatically. The lubricant serves as a mat material to provide delustering effect and provides lubricity as a stop to facilitate driving and eliminate unevenness variation and luster variation due to wear. Consequently the sufficient light shield performance and lubricity are obtained and while the property of a synthetic resin film is maintained, the cost is reducible.

[Prior art] Traditionally, metal films coated with black paint have been used as apertures for optical devices such as cameras, but recently lightweight plastic films have been used because they are easier to drive. The aperture for such plastic film materials is made by coating a polyester film containing a black pigment with a thermosetting matte paint and adhering an antistatic agent on top of it.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, among the above-mentioned conventional materials, the former requires a double coating process of applying a matting agent and an antistatic agent, and has a double film. The problem is that the adhesion to the base film is poor, and the coating tends to fall off while being used as a diaphragm.

On the other hand, since the latter uses sandblasting to form fine irregularities on the base material, the matte shape tends to be crushed when the members are rubbed together, and the problem is that it becomes glossy after long-term use. Also, like the former, there is a drawback that electric power is required to drive the aperture due to large dynamic friction.

Furthermore, in order to give the polyester film itself, which is the base material, the light-shielding properties required as an aperture, all of these conventional materials have carbon black mixed into the base material to the limit, which affects the physical properties of the base film. There are disadvantages such as changes in the amount of electricity and high costs.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The light shielding member for optical equipment of the present invention that achieves the above objects has the following features:
It consists of a base material made of a synthetic resin film and a light-shielding film formed on both sides of the base material, and the light-shielding film contains carbon black and a lubricant in a thermosetting resin or room temperature curing resin.

Here, as the base material, synthetic resin films such as polyester film, polyimide film, polystyrene film, polycarbonate film, etc. are used, and polyester film is particularly suitable. However, when used as a light-shielding member, if the synthetic resin film at the end of the member reflects the light collected by a lens, etc. and has an adverse effect, synthetic resin containing a black pigment such as carbon black may be used. It is desirable to use film. In this case, the black pigment is enough to make the film look black to the naked eye.
It is sufficient that the content is such that the optical density is about 3. The thickness of the film varies depending on the application, but in the case of a light shielding member for a general camera, it is 50 μm to 125 μm.

[Function] The carbon black contained in the light-shielding film imparts light-shielding properties to the light-shielding film, as well as electrical conductivity, thereby preventing the light-shielding member from being charged. In addition, the lubricant has a matte effect as a matte material, provides slipperiness as a diaphragm, is easy to drive, and does not change in unevenness or gloss due to wear.
