本発明はダイヤモンドチツプソーにおけるダイ
ヤモンドチツプの取付構造に関し、特にダイヤモ
ンドチツプの着脱を容易にしたことを特徴とする

(従来の技術)

かじめダイヤモンドチツプを溶接し、然るのち取
付片をソーブレードの所定の位置に挟みつけて、
接着、ビス止め等の溶接以外の手段によつてこれ
を取付けるもので、溶接をすることによつて起き
る不具合が全く解消され、切削能率が高く、寿命
の長いダイヤモンドチツプ層が得られるのである

したり、摩耗したりしたときなどに、これわ取外
して新たなものと取り換えることが困難であつた

ードの進行方向の前側に挟み付けることによつて
ダイヤモンドチツプをソーブレードに取り付ける
ものであつて、取付片は係合片と係合することに
よつて後方へずれようとする傾向が止められるの
で、ソーブレードに対しては極めて弱い力で固着
すれば足りるのである。しかも、係合片はソーブ
レードの進行方向の前面側をソーブレードの進行
方向の後方とダイヤモンドチツプの切り込み方向
の後方とに挟まれた方向に傾斜させて形成し、こ
れに対応して取付片はソーブレードの進行方向の
後面側をソーブレードの進行方向の後方とダイヤ
モンドチツプの切り込み方向の後方とに挟まれた
方向に傾斜させて形成し、この取付片をソーブレ
ードの係合片を取り付けた位置のソーブレードの
進行方向前側に挟み付けて係合片の上記前面と取
付片の上記後面とを係合させて取り付けたので、
切削時に取付片が係合片に押え付けられると取付
片はソーブレードに押え付けられることとなり、
一層強固に保持されて、脱落し難くなるものであ
