〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、例えばボイラ等に使用されるバーナ

プの焼損防止を計るために常時冷却空気を冷却空
気供給管4からジヤケツトパイプ8内に送り込む
とともに、消化したバーナ3は引抜いて炉aから
遠ざけ風箱b内に納めておき点火直前に炉a内に
挿入して再点火する。バーナ3の抜差装置はバー
ナ3を装着する固定金物7とガイドパイプ5を直
結したバーナ抜差シリンダ2とジヤケツトパイプ
8とにより構成されているが、バーナ抜差シリン
ダー2はガイドパイプ5を保持するので固定を必
要とし、風箱bの前面板1鉄骨に直接取付けられ
ている。

れてバーナクーリングジヤケツトに流れるエアー
チヤンバーを設けた構成を特徴としている。

設けられたエアーチヤンバー内を通してバーナク
ーリングジヤケツト内に流し込むことによりバー
ナおよびバーナ抜差シリンダーの双方を冷却可能

けられており、従来はクーリングジヤケツト8に
直接送り込んでいた冷却空気が冷却空気供給管4
からエアーチヤンバー6を介してクーリングジヤ
ケツト8内へ導かれて流れるようになつている。
クーリングジヤケツト8内へ入つた冷却空気はク
ーリングジヤケツト8とガイドパイプ5との隙間
を流れて炉a内へ放出される。これにより、バー
ナ3およびバーナ抜差シリンダー2の双方を冷却
可能にしており、バーナ抜差シリンダー2内に装
着されているピストンパツキング9などの熱脆化
