In order to streamline the manufacturing method of doll cases, a method has been proposed in the past in which synthetic resin molded material or aluminum extrusion molded material is used for the supports b and c of case body a, as shown in Figures 7 to 9. has been done. According to this method, the glass plates d of each pillar b and c are formed at the same time when the material is formed, so there is no need to individually process the glass plates on the wooden pillars as in the past, making it easier to manufacture the columns. , strut b,
Since the width dimension of c can be made thinner than that of a wooden pillar, there is an advantage that when viewing dolls, etc., there is less chance of them entering the blind spot of the pillar.

However, the above manufacturing method has various problems as described below, namely: (i) The intersection angles θ 1 and θ 2 of the glass plates e and e at each corner part are d, d
(In Fig. 8, θ 1
= 135 degrees, θ 2 = 90 degrees in Figure 9), in order to manufacture doll cases of various shapes such as hexagonal, various types of molding materials are used to match the intersection angle of glass plates e and e. Since preparations must be made each time, the cost of materials for the pillars becomes expensive.

Therefore, when using this type of molded material for the support columns, a wide groove i, which also serves as a glass plate, should be formed in the bottom framework f so that it fits into the inner part g and outer part h of each support column b and c. It is customary to make a hole in the upper surface side, and to erect pillars b and c in this groove i. However, according to this method, when assembling the case body a, the pillars b,
c easily falls down, making the work of assembling the glass plate e cumbersome.

The means of the present invention to solve the above problems is to erect a plurality of posts made of synthetic resin or light metal on the bottom frame or around the architrave, and to place transparent plates between adjacent posts. In the doll case, each support has a plate-shaped intermediate portion extending with a constant width in the length direction and two arc-shaped flanges integrally attached to both end portions of the intermediate portion. The two flange portions and the intermediate portion form a vertical groove having a substantially half-moon cross section with an opening of a constant width on both sides of the intermediate portion, and the transparent plate passes through the opening and extends into the vertical groove. and is supported by the support with its side end in contact with the middle part of the support and its outer surface in contact with the side end of the arcuate flange, and the lower end of the transparent plate is in contact with the support. This doll case is characterized in that it is supported in a groove protruding from the top side of a bottom framework or architrave.

A transparent plate extends through the opening and into the vertical groove.
It is supported by the column with its side end in contact with the middle part of the column and its outer surface in contact with the side edge of the arcuate flange, so the contact position between the transparent plate and the column is continuous. By changing the
The intersection angle can be set to a desired value. Therefore, doll cases of various shapes can be provided using the minimum number of types of supports. Since the cross-sectional profile of the post is circular, the post can be firmly installed in the mortise, and the side edges and outer surface of the transparent plate inserted into the longitudinal groove are attached to the middle part and flange of the post. Since the doll case is supported by the side ends of the doll case, it is easy to assemble the doll case.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Figures 2 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and the doll case of this embodiment has a hexagonal platform 1 and is placed on the platform 1 so that it can be lifted freely. The case body 2 includes a bottom frame 3 having almost the same shape as the platform 1, and six columns 4, 4, 4, 4 erected at each corner of the bottom frame 3. ,4,4 and said 6
It consists of a canopy frame 5 horizontally supported above the bottom frame 3 via book supports 4, glass plates 6 (or transparent synthetic resin plates) arranged on the sides and top of the case body 2, and the like.

8, and the center plane 9 of the cross section of each support 4, which will be described later, is at the intersection angle of the glass plates 6, 6 at each corner (90 degrees at the rear corner of the doll case, 135 degrees at other corners). It is oriented in a direction that roughly divides the distance (degrees) into two equal parts.

In the figures, 10 and 11 are flange portions curved into arcs with the same radius of curvature and different width dimensions, and 13 is the arc. This is a plate-shaped intermediate portion 15 that has a center plane 9 passing through the center 14 of the flange portions 10 and 11 and connects substantially the center portions of each flange portion 10 and 11 together.

Approximately semicircular vertical grooves 17, 17 are formed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the side ends 18, 18 of the flange portion 10 having a large width (hereinafter referred to as large flange portion) are such that the side ends 19, 19 of each glass plate 6, 6 are in the middle. When inserted into the depths of the vertical grooves 17, 17 symmetrically on both sides of the center 14 of the arc with the portion 15 in between, and so that the surfaces of the glass plates 6, 6 are perpendicular to the center plane 9 of the cross section. , the outer surface 2 of the glass plates 6, 6
As shown in FIG. When the outer surfaces 23, 23 of the glass plates 6, 6 abut the opposite ends 18, 18 of the large flange 10, the opposite ends 25 of the small flange 10 are inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the center plane 9 of the cross section. , 25 extend close to the inner surfaces 26, 26 of the glass plates 6, 6.

First, circular mortises 7 and 8 are bored in each corner of the bottom framework 3 and the canopy framework 5 using a drill (not shown). Since drilling does not give a shock to the workpiece like a chisel, the drilling process is easy without causing cracks in the corners of the bottom framework 3, etc. Next, the positions of the glass plates 32 to be bored in the bottom frame 3 and the canopy frame 5 are determined in the following manner.

7 and 17, the mounting position of the glass plate 6 is determined. Glass plates 32, 32 having a width approximately the same as the thickness of the glass plate 6 are fitted to the bottom frame 3 and the canopy frame 5 so as to fit on the upper and lower ends 29, 30 of each glass plate 6 in this mounting position. to be drilled in

In this example, the platform 1a is formed into a disk shape, the bottom framework 3a is formed into an annular shape, and four supports 4, 4, 4, 4 are erected at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom framework 3a. A glass plate (or transparent synthetic resin plate) curved into an arc between the adjacent pillars 4 and 4.
6a is fitted. The center plane 9 of the cross section of each support column 4 all points in the direction of the center 33 of the bottom framework 3a,
The side end 19 of each glass plate 6a is the vertical groove 1 of each support 4.
7, 17, and is supported by the intermediate portion 15 and the end portion 18 of the large flange portion 10 so as not to be movable in the circumferential direction and not to fall outward.
Moreover, the upper and lower ends of each glass plate 6a are connected to the bottom frame 3a.
and is supported in a glass tube perforated in the canopy (not shown).
