Description
【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の目的〕 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明はウオータマツトレスの軽量化と揺れ防 止に関するものである。
（従来の技術） 従来のマツトレスは体圧が頭、肩、臀部、かか とに集中し腰などは浮いた状態になり体圧が集中 した部分の血行が妨げられ寝返りが増えて安眠が できないものである。
ウオータベツトは水を使用しているのでからだ の凹凸を吸収し、からだ全体に均一に体圧分散し からだも自然な形となる、従つて血行障害も起こ らず安眠ができるものである。
しかしウオータベツトは水を多量に使用してい るため大変重量があり、また揺れがなかなか止ま らないという問題点がある。
これらを改良した従来技術として(1)実公昭60− 124444号公報及び(2)実願平1-104113号公報がある。
前記（１）に示すウオータマツトレスは揺れ防 止のためにウオータバツクの外周に多泡性のクツ シヨン材からなる周縁支持部を有し、前記ウオー タバツクの下面と周縁支持部の下面を除く部分を 防水性シートよりなるライナーで覆い全体を外袋 体で被覆した１パツク方式のもので、ウオータパ ツグと周縁支持部の任意の箇所の全周を複数本の ベルトで締付固定したウオータマツトレスである。
又前記（２）に示すものは発砲スチロール粒子 を高吸水性ゲルと共にウオータマツトレス中に充 填したウオータマツトレスである。
（考案が解決しようとする課題） しかし前記（１）に示す１パツク方式のウオー タマツトレスは大量の水を使用しているために揺 れが大変おさまりにくく不快感があり、又前記（ ２）に示すウオータマツトレスは軽量化、揺れ防 止、断熱効果を目的としたものであるが、マツト レス中の流体の流動性が水だけに比べ著しく低下 したために揺れ防止することはできたが、これに 伴いマツトレスの復元性が悪くなり、又発砲スチ ロール粒子が臀部以外の部分に片寄つてしまい、 もとの均一分散状態にもどりにくいという問題点 がある。
本考案はウオータマツトレスに於いて、重量を 軽くし、揺れを防止し、更にマツトの復元性を良 くすることに技術的課題とするものである。
（課題を解決するための手段） 課題を解決するために講じた技術的手段は次の ようである。
ウオータマツトレスの表地の裏面部に空気など のガスを充填した空包体を多数配置し、更に内部 に開孔を有する隔壁を設けて、軽量化と揺れの抑 制を行うウオータマツトレスである。
（作用） ウオータマツトレス内に開孔隔壁を設け、更に 内壁、外壁または両壁に空気などの気圧を充填し た空包体を多数形成したもので、この空包体の容 積はウオータベツト全体に対して１０〜５０％で、 特に２０〜３０が良い。
マツトレス内に充填する水の量及び空包体の容 積比によつてマツトレスのかたさを調整すること ができ、水の量が多い場合や空包体の容積比が大 きい場合にはマツトレスはかたくなるものである。
実施例 以下実施例について説明する。
実施例１ 第１図の１はウオータマツトレスの断面図で、 内壁にマツトレスの長手方向に長い半円柱状の空 包体２と開孔３をもつ隔壁４を有し、大きさが巾 ８００×長１８００×高さ１８０ｍｍのウオータ マツトレスである。
実施例２ 第２図に示すように実施例１の空包体２がウオ ータマツトレスの上下面の外壁にのみあり、大き さが巾８００×長１８００×高さ１４０ｍｍであ るウオータマツトレス 比較例 実施例１から空包体２を除いた大きさは同じで あるウオータマツトレスである。
実施例１〜２及び比較例について水の使用量及 び揺れが止まるまでに要する時間についてテスト を行つた。これを表に示す。
前記表に於いて、揺れが止まるまでに要する時 間は、長手方向の端から３０ｃｍの所に高さ２０ ｃｍから１０ｋｇの重りを落とした時、他端から ３０ｃｍの所にある加速度計にて揺れを測定した。
又水の使用量はマツトレスの高さが同じになる 様に水を注入した時の量である。
前記表のように水の使用量は比較例に対して実 施例１は約２５％減、実施例２は約２２％減であ る。
水の使用量の減少とマツトレスに着けた空包体 によりマツトレスの揺れを早く止めることができ る。
（効果） 本考案は次の効果を有する。
（１）空気充填された空包体によつてマツトレ スの揺れは起こりにくく、しかも早く止まる。
（２）空包体の充填物が気体であることにより 大幅な軽量化ができる。
（３）気体の層があるために断熱効果があり、 更に水の使用量が少ないことからヒータの消費電 力が少なくて済む。
第１図は本実施例の断面斜視図、第２図は他の 実施例の断面斜視図である。 １…ウオータマツトレス、２…空包体、 ３…開孔、４…隔壁。

- 【請求項１】 ウオータマツトレス表地の裏面部に空気
などの ガスを充填させた空包体を多数配置し、更に内部 に開孔を有する隔壁を設けて、軽量化と揺れの防 止を行うウオータマツトレス。
