よりこの考案を説明する。 Conventionally, a removable cap was attached to an aerosol injection container, and it was customary to cover the operating mechanism located outside the container body, such as a push button with an injection spout, to prevent the occurrence of protective injection. However, since the cap is particularly easy to lose for small injection containers, it has already been proposed to omit the cap and instead make the operating mechanism lockable. However, when attaching a locking mechanism to the container body, which is consumed in large quantities and is inexpensive, according to the conventional proposal, a part of the locking mechanism is provided in the mountain cap, so it is necessary to change the specifications of the well-known mountain cap. There are significant disadvantages. This invention avoids these disadvantages and realizes a low-cost means for preventing erroneous injection, similar to the above-mentioned attachment of the removable cap. This invention will be explained below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. do.

It is equipped with Reference numeral 2 denotes a push button with an injection port 21 mounted on a valve stem 11. The container body 1 and the push button 2 constitute an injection container, and such an injection container is of course well known.

A hem edge 23 is formed corresponding to the level of the top surface of the stopper piece 31 in the raised position shown in FIG. It's dripping. and,
The facing wall surface 25 including the level of the top surface of the stopper piece 31

However, the number and position of these stopper pieces 31 and receiving grooves 24 are arbitrary as long as they correspond to each other. Also,
According to each of the illustrated embodiments, the mountain cap 12 is sandwiched from above and below between the hook 33 provided on the protection tube 3 and the stopper piece 31.
3 only, the protection tube 3 becomes the mountain cap 12.
If the stopper piece 31 is attached so that it is difficult to come off from the edge of the cover, the stopper piece 31 may be moved further upward.

る。 Next, according to the first embodiment, the stopper piece 3
1 is formed on the side surface of a pin 26 that hangs downward from the hem edge 23 of the push button, and except for this pin 26 and the receiving groove 24, the stopper is not in the raised position of the push button. Since the hem edge 23 corresponding to the level of the top surface of the piece 31 is formed around the entire circumference, the protection tube 3 can be rotated approximately 180 degrees with respect to the push button 2. On the other hand, according to the second embodiment, the facing wall surface 25
is formed as the end surface of the hem wall 27 that hangs down below the hem edge 23 corresponding to the level of the top surface of the stopper piece 31, and this hem wall 27 is formed over approximately 1/4 of the entire circumference. , the rotatable range of the protection tube 3 is approximately 90 degrees. According to the second embodiment, a notch 34 for finger contact is provided in the protection tube 3 at a position axially symmetrical to the exposure window 32 described above.

露出窓32を介して放出される。 Now, this invention is made as described above, and the receiving groove 24 of the stopper piece 31 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotatable protective cylinder 3 is bored in the hem edge 23 of the push button 2, while the stopper Since the facing wall surface 25 including the level of the top surface of the piece 31 is formed adjacent to the receiving groove 24, the protection cylinder 3 is rotated and the stopper piece 31
When the valve comes into contact with the facing wall surface 25 and stops, if the push button 2 is pressed, the stopper piece 31 is received in the receiving groove 24 along the facing wall surface 25, so the valve stem 11 is lowered together with the push button 2, and the injection is started. The valve opens. On the other hand, an exposure window 32 bored in the protection tube 3
is provided in front of the injection port 21 when the stopper piece 31 is located in the receiving groove 24, so when the injection valve is opened as described above, the injection liquid contained in the container body 1 is injected. It is released from the mouth 21 through the exposure window 32.

Therefore, if the protection tube 3 is rotated in the opposite direction, the stopper piece 3
1 moves below and along the skirt edge 23, and the exposure window 32 moves from the position in front of the injection port 21, so that the injection port 21 is covered and protected by the cylinder wall of the protection cylinder 3. .

At the same time, the injection port 21 is covered by the cylinder wall of the protection cylinder 3, so the injection port 21 is protected from external force.

Not only is it protected, but the protective tube is non-removable and there is no risk of loss. Not only that, when configuring such an injection container, the container body 1 can be used as it is without changing the specifications, and the push button 2 has a hem part. Even if it has a special shape, it can be mass-produced by plastic molding at the same production cost as ordinary conventional products.Similarly, the shape of the protective tube 3 is very special compared to the conventional removable protective cap. However, since the required amount of plastic material is small, the injection container according to this invention can be mass-produced at a lower cost than conventional products with a removable cap.
Therefore, it will significantly contribute to the spread of aerosol injection containers and the improvement in their usability.
